संस्थान में 22 और 23 अक्टूबर को दो दिवसीय मैंडेट ट्रेनिंग का आयोजन WII के एम्प्लॉईज के लिए किया गया था।

इस सत्र की सबसे खास बात इसका इंटरैक्टिव होना रहा। यह अब तक का सबसे ज्यादा इंटरैक्टिव सेशन बताया जा रहा है, जहाँ WII के एम्प्लॉईज खुलकर अपनी बात रख पाए, अपने सवाल पूछ पाए और अपनी जिज्ञासाओं का समाधान पा सके।

एडवोकेट सुगंधा जैन ने POSH Act 2013, कार्यस्थल पर यौन उत्पीड़न की परिभाषा, इंटरनल कमेटी के गठन और उसकी कार्यप्रणाली, शिकायत करने की प्रक्रिया और शिकायतकर्ता के अधिकारों के बारे में विस्तार से जानकारी दी।

Highly Interactive POSH Mandate Training Conducted for WII Employees by supreme Court Advocate Sugandha Jain

Raipur / Dehradun, 23rd October. Supreme Court Advocate Sugandha Jain, who did her schooling in Raipur and whose home is in Raipur, conducted the POSH Mandate Training at the Wildlife Institute of India (WII), Dehradun.

The two-day Mandate Training was organized on 22nd and 23rd October for the employees of WII.

The session was noted for being the most interactive session so far, where the employees of WII were able to openly share their views, ask questions and get clarity on various aspects of the law.

Advocate Sugandha Jain elaborated on the POSH Act 2013, definition of Sexual Harassment at Workplace, constitution and working of the Internal Committee, rights of the aggrieved person, procedure for filing a complaint, and the inquiry and penalty process.
